At StayBangla, we value your satisfaction and aim to maintain a clear and transparent refund process. Please note that all refund terms are determined by the property's host. We strongly recommend reviewing the host’s refund policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Cancellation by Customer

Each host sets their own cancellation and refund conditions.

If you cancel your booking before the host’s minimum refund window, you may be eligible for:

  • 100% refund (if permitted by the host’s policy), or

  • 50% refund (if permitted by the host’s policy)

Cancellations made after the host’s refund period or on the check-in day, including no-shows, are non-refundable.

Changes to Booking

Booking modifications depend on the host’s policy and availability.

Additional charges may apply for changes.

Requests for modifications must be made within the timeframe defined by the host.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Service fees and processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Host

If a host cancels your booking:

  • You will receive a full refund, including any service or processing fees.

  • StayBangla will help you find an alternative property, depending on availability.

Non-Refundable Services

Some discounts, special promotions, or offers may be marked as non-refundable by the host.
